Docually provides web-based document processing tools including PDF manipulation, OCR, and redaction. Tools are provided as-is. Processing engines are in active development and availability may change without notice.
You agree not to use Docually to process documents you do not own or have explicit authorization to process. You agree not to upload documents containing illegal content. You agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or security controls.
Docually is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy of OCR output, completeness of redaction, or uninterrupted availability. Always verify critical results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Docually's liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $10, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the email on file (Pro tier) or via site notice.
