Docually is designed to minimize data collection. When you use the free tools without an account, we collect nothing beyond anonymous Cloudflare access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) which are retained for 24–72 hours.
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content solely to respond to your inquiry.
This staging site is a tools directory and does not provide document processing in this repository.
If processing is introduced later, this policy will describe exactly what runs where and what is retained.
We use a single first-party localStorage key (da-theme) to remember your dark/light mode preference. No tracking cookies. No analytics pixels. No advertising identifiers.
Cloudflare Turnstile is used on the contact form to prevent automated abuse. Turnstile operates without tracking cookies. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
We do not use Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Hotjar, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising service.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email privacy@docually.com or data@docually.com. We respond within 30 days.
